“Truck truck!” Presley says immediately after getting to the ranch.

Grass is starting to grow and things are picking up! We start lambing end of next week, our next batch of steers are arriving soon, ditches are turning on this weekend, we’ll be getting a restock on lamb and beef in the next week or two, and then sending another batch of lambs and steers to the processor end of next month!

My favorite mini ranch hand, sweet Levi who is so busy protecting the herds from alllll the wildlife, a little bit of snow to remind us it is indeed winter, meat bundles and packing orders.

Happy holiday market season!

It’s the season to stock up on 100% grass fed dry aged beef and snag some honey, hot sauce, dog treats, spice rub, salsa macha and more!!

If you missed us at TACAW, you can find us at The Old Thompson Barn Market in RVR today (12/7 1pm-5pm) or at the Launchpad Winter Farmers Market (12/20 10am-4pm & 21/21 11am-3pm).
