Doing a little for all the and folks on this beautiful autumn day.

Sautéed oyster mushrooms from , mashed kabocha squash grown locally and sold now, and wilted organic rainbow chard, all grown in Colorado❤💛💙 and prepared vegan and gluten-free

I made a pomegranate reduction gravy and sprinkled the dish with fresh pomegranate to play up the fall flavors. While the gravy is also vegan, the pomegranates did travel far and wide to make it onto my plate today.

Topped with chevre, rendering the vegan masterpiece vegetarian, and yet in good keeping with that life
