Every batch of chicken starts with hours in the smoker.

No shortcuts.
No bags.
No mystery ingredients.

Just smoke, seasoning, time, and a whole lot of patience.

Then comes the part nobody sees.

Every batch is hand pulled.

Not because it’s faster. (Trust us, it isn’t.)

But because it gives us the texture and bite we’re looking for in every tray that leaves the window.

We craft and blend it all! Honestly, we may spend way too much time obsessing over details most people will never see.

We’re adding BONUS LUNCH HOURS at .woods on Thursday & Friday because apparently waiting until dinner just isn’t always realistic…or wanted.

So here’s the game plan:

📍 THURSDAY & FRIDAY
☀️ Lunch Service: 11AM–1PM
🌙 Dinner Service: 4PM–9PM

That means you now have TWO daily opportunities to make outstanding decisions this week!

Absolutely.

Our deep fried PB&J pocket of glory is back on the menu tonight in two flavorz:

BUT… there’s a catch.

To order one, we are now requiring customers to sing.

That’s right.
