This is what “we do it in-house” actually looks like. 🔥🐷

Every piece of meat we serve starts with a trip to the smoker.

We season it.
We smoke it.
We shred it.

In house. Every time.

That means the pork on your fryz isn’t coming out of a bag five minutes before you order it. It spent hours in the smoker getting that deep flavor we’re looking for before we ever pull it apart.

Same goes for our chicken and brisket.

Could we make it easier?

Absolutely.

But, then we wouldn’t be making it the way we want to.
