January is as good as any time of year to remember the health and environmental benefits of eating grass-fed beef vs. conventional grain-fed.

Our cows live in mountain pastures, drink from crystal clear rivers, eat tall green grass in the summer and hay in the winter. It is not cheap to produce 100% natural meat that is hormone free. But the real questions is...can we afford not to?
