Local deliveries and a shipment heading out this morning! I’m especially excited because, over the past few weeks, several local organizations have reached out to us for items to include in their gift baskets.

Every opportunity feels like such a blessing because these companies could literally choose anyone. They could go with something store-bought or a nationally recognized name, but instead, they chose to support a local business and help get our name out there.

That will never feel like a small gesture to me. It means so much to know that people are choosing to support what we’ve built right here in our community.

Take Me Back to the Beach!!!

As a business owner, sometimes work looks like advertising your business while laying on a beach days before an event just to increase visibility.

Last month we did a market, and the number of people who stopped at our table because they saw us at the beach the days before is one of the top reasons I will constantly rock my JAY Effect gear.

I’m always telling fellow entrepreneurs, Nike and Adidas got their money, you better wear your own brand!!! 😂

I can’t yet afford a billboard, but I CAN be walking advertisement for my own business!

Sometimes the best advertising doesn’t happen behind a desk, it happens while you’re living your life.
