It’s official! We are live for garlic pre-orders on our website. Shop 6 amazing varieties of garlic to add to your garden or farm for next season! 🥕 Thinking about joining our Mid-Summer CSA? This is your sign. 🌞

Late summer is one of the best times to be eating locally. The tomatoes are ripening, peppers and cucumbers are coming on strong, and every week the fields have something new to offer.

These are the two share options from this past week’s Summer CSA, just to give you an idea of the kind of variety and abundance our members take home each week. Every share is a little different depending on what’s ready in the field, but that’s part of the fun!

Our Mid-Summer CSA runs August 13–October 8, with 9 weeks of fresh, regeneratively grown vegetables harvested right here in Carbondale.

There’s nothing quite like the abundance of late summer in the Roaring Fork Valley. From August 13 through October 8, our 9-week Mid-Summer CSA is packed with the season’s best harvest. Juicy tomatoes, sweet peppers, crisp cucumbers, colorful carrots, fresh herbs, and so much more are all waiting for you.

Every share is grown right here in Carbondale using regenerative farming practices and without synthetic sprays, bringing you the freshest vegetables while supporting healthy soil and a resilient local food system.

The first Carbondale-grown carrots of the season are here, and we can’t wait to share them with you! Stop by Carbondale Farmers' Market tomorrow and grab a bunch while they last—they’ve been worth the wait.

One of our favorite parts of the season is seeing the diversity each week’s share brings. Everything is harvested fresh from the farm and reflects what’s thriving in the fields right now.
