Unlike a lot of my competitors I'm not going to push Aeration and overseed. In most cases its a waste of time and $. But getting your yard aerated every 3 years is a great idea to relieve soil compaction and let fertilizer and water reach the roots. Call the office to set a fall Aeration up. 937-748-5119

23 years ago my partner and I began this company with 1 ideal and thought in mind. Profit and growth isn't the most important thing. Tell the truth to your customers, educate your customers, and never try to cheat your customers by upselling things they don't need. The things I see my competition do sometimes makes me wonder how they stay in business. I guarantee you that you will never see myself or one of my employees treating your yard during a monsoon. It literally rained almost 2 inches today. That w**d killer isn't going to kill anything, heck it was in the sewer drain 5 minutes later and in the Great Miami River 30 minutes later.šŸ˜”

I realize we all remember our fathers cutting the grass like its a putting green but it's 2026. Every time we come to your house we recommend a proper mowing height of 3.5 inches if you want to have a nice lawn. Following recommendations will actually give you the results you desire.
