**EDIT: We are NOT able to make it today as our car is having problems starting!! We’ve been trying for 30 minutes and still have problems…we will definitely be back next Saturday bright and early! So so so sorry!!!!**

We will be at the Independence Farmers' Market tomorrow, Oct. 10th! This may be our last market of the season and we’ll be having restock info and out of market season purchasing options!

We are slim on pork, but still have lots of brats and mild sausage patties! We just had a restock of our lamb and goat meat. Come and stock up on your favorite items!

Eggs and goat milk skincare items will be available as well.

**It looks like the weather will be holding up - if there are severe storms and we decide to pack up early we will update this post! Hopefully it’ll hold off for the morning!**

I can’t believe it’s already been a year at the new farm! I’ve never given an overall tour, so I figured I’d put together a few clips. We’ve gotten lots of work done this year, but much more to complete.

I’m excited to be bringing the farm back to this historic property. More videos coming soon!

❗️Back from break with a GRASSFED LAMB AND GOAT MEAT RESTOCK❗️

We will be at the Independence Farmers' Market tomorrow, Oct. 3rd from 8:30am-1pm! We've got lots of pork brats, bone-in chops, and try out our hot sausage! Plenty of pasture raised duck eggs and chicken eggs, and our goat milk skincare too!

RESTOCKED GRASSFED LAMB & GOAT CUTS: ground, french style rib roast, shanks, neck slices, leg roasts, shoulder chops, heart, liver, loin chops, and much more!

We will still be having our end of summer sale on seasonal lotion scents, alongside our soap bars, laundry soap, face creme, and more! Stock up before the market ends!

We will not be at the Independence Farmers Market on September 19th AND 26th. Being almost sold out, we are awaiting a lamb and goat meat restock and plan on being back the first weekend in October!! 🥩

Look who made his arrival just after 8pm yesterday evening! Adding another bull calf to the crew, Zarah had this little guy on day 278, and within 30 minutes of being born he had already nursed all four quarters. He had the biggest appetite I’ve ever seen a newborn animal have! 🥳

Zarah gave us about 2 gallons of excess colostrum this morning. We’ll freeze it for safe keeping in case of emergencies in the future.

Now what should we call him….🤔
