Carlisle Parks and Recreation Managed by the City of Carlisle Parks and Recreation Department. We share park updates and park events year-round.

Our parks include Roscoe Roof Park, Cook Park, and Lions (Jill) Park. Park shelters can be reserved online or at City Hall.

Beginning at 7 pm we'll have Renny Henny Wings, Double Dippin' Ice Cream, and Kona Ice food trucks there serving all the best treats!

A.W.O.L A.I.R.M.E.N. will be performing some of their best hits! Leading us up to the main event.... Lilo and Stitch! Movie starts at 9 pm sharp so get there early and pick the best spot in the park! Hope to see you all there!

Beginning at 7 pm we'll have BL BBQ, Double Dippin' Ice Cream, and Kona Ice food trucks there serving all the best treats! The Parks and Rec board was informed of vandalism yesterday at the meeting. After the meeting I stopped by and took a few pictures. We urge our community if you see something please call Carlisle Police non emergency number (+1 937-746-0117)
Street department, Carlisle staff and our volunteers work hard to keep our parks looking great and adding new amenities.
