We've got some TaTa Palooza tips for you!! 2 hours to go!
1. BRING CASH. Food sales, bake sales, and book sales are all cash only. There is no ATM on site. You can make a donation to Pink Hands of Hope by scanning a QR code at the event for raffle tickets and extra bingo cards.
2. Please do not bring any outside beverages. 10% of all beverage sales will be donated to Pink Hands. Credit cards will be accepted for beverage purchases. We have both alcohol and non-alcoholic options.
3. If you have dietary restrictions, or picky eaters, outside food is allowed for the event.
4. This is an outdoor event. Tables and seating is available. Because we have no way of knowing how many guests we will have, you are welcome to bring your own camping chairs and small tables.
5. Bring bags for books, games, and puzzles. We will have some, but we have a lot more books than we do bags.
6. You will need to be present, or have someone present for you, to win raffle prizes. Raffle winners will be drawn in two groups - right before LIVE Music Bingo starts and right after it ends.
7. While well behaved dogs on leashes are normally welcome, it may be a good idea to leave them home due to the potential size of the crowd.
8. There is a small paved parking lot, but the majority of parking will be in the grass field. The entrance to the grass area is the gravel road right before the main paved lot. Make sure you look at for the signs for directions.
9. We are excited to see everyone at the Ranch in their pink!!
