You all wanted another evening at The Mill Yard. We just decided Friday is as good a Friday as any.

The weather appears to have briefly lost interest in us.

It has stormed enough this week that I no longer check percentages. I just open the radar and see which part of my property is red and yellow.

Friday is supposed to rain, then clear off by evening. I’m not calling it nice out loud. That feels like how we got here.

So we’re smoking Wade Farms Premium Pork and Beef pork.

We could’ve just put pulled pork on a bun. That has worked for several hundred years.

Unfortunately, we have access to condiments.

So we’ve put together two very different sandwiches.

There were several opportunities to stop. We passed all of them.

We’ll put the full lineup out tomorrow. There are some decisions on there.

Friday night: smoked pork sandwiches, cold drinks, ice cream, and no skillet waiting on you at home.

Come have supper in Millersburg.

The forecast currently says you can do that without swimming.

We’ll take it.
