The Pizza Port Bottle Shop will be hosting a benefit/beer release party tomorrow from 5pm to close. Kelvin and Hops IPA was brewed in honor of Kelvin a close member of the Pizza Port family. A portion of proceeds from the sales of Kelvin and Hops IPA will be donated to the ALS Therapy Development Institute. A BBQ feast will be prepared by Co-Owner Vince (Marsaglia) and Carlsbad Head Brewer Mike (Aubuchon). Any contributions would be greatly appreciated.

Pizza Port Carlsbad will be hosting a Six Course Beer Dinner this Sunday. The dinner will take place on the upstairs patio at 5pm. Food will be prepared by Chef Sam Parker of and Vince Marsaglia of Pizza Port Brewing Company, dessert will be prepared by Gina Marsaglia of Pizza Port Brewing Company and beer brewed by Mike Aubuchon, Head Brewer Pizza Port Carlsbad. The 19th Annual Pizza Port Carlsbad Strong Ale Festival is in two days and this years bottles are ready to go. This years Strong Ale blend commemorates the 19th year of the festival. The blend will round out around 11% and be a blend of barrel aged imperial stout made with Deglet Nour and kadouri dates , 20% of fresh imperial stout. Cheers!
