Golden hour just got juicier. This April 3, The Wine Militia is bringing fresh strawberries straight from the @ Carlsbad Strawberry Fields into our Sip & Spin Mixology Experience at the Flower Fields with Strawberry themed cocktails!

Shake, stir, and sip your way through handcrafted cocktails and mocktails, muddled strawberries, strawberry syrups, and fun herb pairings included. Add in spinning vinyl and the springtime Flower Fields backdrop, and you’ve got a Friday night you won’t forget.

As a Canadian who landed in California in the early 2000s and has been in the wine world since...honored to be able to work with the team at to shine some freaking fantastic light on the California wine country regions!

Here is a recap of what we did:
- Created immersive (not boring) tasting experiences to highlight the regions
- Brought approachable knowledge with our team of sommeliers (again, who aren’t boring)
- Activation included: Sonoma – Garden to Glass Floral or Herb Pairing.

Bottom line: if we’re going to grow travel to our wine regions, it has to be with intention, creativity, and a whole lot of heart. Let’s keep showing the world why California Wine Country is a must-visit, and yes… we (the Canadian) got this! 🍷💛

Cocktails, vinyl, and that golden hour at the Flower Fields in Carlsbad, CA. 🍸

We’re hosting a ONE NIGHT only mixology session we call Sip & Spin Mixology Experience where you get to be the mixologist - shake and stir a few drinks (mocktails available too), go through a few vintage records, and hang for a bit.

Enjoy the storytelling of inspiring origin drink lore led by the wickedly talented mixologists from The Wine Militia.

Our office has always been a place to gather and drink wine after work.

This time, we made it official and invited 38 new friends over for a Blind Wine Tasting game. Where labels disappeared and confidence showed up.

A Short History The roots of blind tasting reach as far back as 1224, when French poet Henry d’Andeli wrote La Bataille des Vins (“The Battle of the Wines”).
