After over a year and a half of recipe development, commercial production of our flagship beers, Blackhorn and Ragin' Bull, began in January 2013. Our team strives to create hand-crafted ales and lagers that are influenced by both traditional and emerging styles with our own bold spin.

Oktoberfest is back at Bolero and we decided to invite even more pals…🫢😱

Join us in Carlstadt on Saturday, September 12th with Czig Meister Brewing Company + Brix City Brewing 🍻

We’ll have two food trucks (can you say pretzel crust pizza + brat?), a Brauhaus band, John Bush MC’ing 🥨 + Mark Ryan hosting tantalizing games of Bavarian Bingo under the beer garden tent!

There will of course be prizes…but the greatest will go to our Stein Hoisting winner who will walk away with 2x tickets to Bolero Block Party 💪🏼🍻🎸🎫✨

Festbier will be flowing, collabs will be poured and Biz may be in lederhosen all night long.

Come toast to craft - our beer garden will be open!
