A full weekend, four new releases, and a room of people we're lucky to call members.
Thank you for showing up. For the conversations across the tasting bar, the questions about the vineyard blocks, the willingness to slow down with us for an hour. We get to keep making wine because you keep choosing it. Sharing a new release with you is the best part of the year.
If you missed the party, the wines are still pouring at Mineral Springs Ranch. Our member flight features the new 2023 White Label Chardonnay, 2024 Ribbon Ridge Pinot Noir, and 2024 Savannah Ridge Pinot Noir through the end of June. All four new releases are available by the bottle in our tasting room.
Save this for the next time you're planning a weekend out here. Pass it to the person you'd want in the passenger seat.
Reservations at the link in bio. We'll be here.

Out of our hands and into yours.
The best part of a release is watching the wines find the people they were made for. For anyone who couldn't be with us this weekend, here's what just arrived:
🍐 2023 White Label Chardonnay
Restrained, elegant. Apple, pear, caramel. Bright acidity holding the line.
πŸ’ 2024 Dundee Hills Pinot Noir
Cherry at the center. Earthy and savory. Finely textured tannins, warmth, structure.
🍷 2024 Ribbon Ridge Pinot Noir
Bramble, cola, blackberry, the mineral signature of the site. Dusty tannins. Beguiling. It lingers.
🌿 2024 Savannah Ridge Pinot Noir
Graceful aromatics. Red fruit, dried flowers, savory herbal spice. Energetic, expressive.
Open one tonight. Save one for the night that earns it.
Not a member yet? Wine Club is how these arrive first. Link in bio.

A healthy vineyard is loud in spring. 🌸
Baby blue eyes calling the bees. Riverbank lupine taking over the hillsides. Checkermallow, California poppies, crimson clover, meadowfoam, all of it planted on purpose. English daisies tucked in throughout the rows.
The vines are the quiet ones, finally waking up.
Mineral Springs Ranch, in bloom. Tag who you'd walk it with. 🌿

Ever wondered what actually goes into making a biodynamic wine? This is BD500, one of the most important things we do all year at Soter Vineyards. Every fall our team buries cow horns packed with manure from our Scottish Highland herd, and every spring we dig them up to find something completely transformed.

Six months underground turns it into a concentrated, sweet-smelling compost so potent that a palmful treats an entire acre. We mix it with water sourced right here on the property and spray it across every vineyard and grazing pasture we farm.

Not to add nutrients, but to wake up the soil and build the microbial networks that make our wines taste like this specific place. Send this to the wine lover in your life who had no idea it starts with buried cow horns.

What do bees know that we don't?
Turns out, a lot.
This Sunday, July 26, we're closing out Grand Tasting Weekend with a morning at Mineral Springs Ranch that will genuinely change how you think about wine.
Walk the vineyard rows with Tony Soter and Rob Townsend of .
Meet the animals.
Spend time with the bees.
See what regenerative farming actually looks like when you're standing in it.
Bubbles in hand, obviously.
Then Chef Clayton Allen brings it home: a seasonal spread grown from the same soil you just spent your morning in. Local, grounded, and made for lingering.
This is not a tasting. It's a Sunday reset that happens to have exceptional wine in it.
July in the Willamette Valley is the whole reason people move here. This Sunday is one of those mornings. Spots are limited. Tickets at the MSR Events link in bio. Share this with the people you want in the room.

🐝 To every bee buzzing through our vineyard rows right now, thank you.
Without pollinators, there are no grapes. Bumblebees and honeybees pollinate our cover crops and native plants, keeping our entire ecosystem in balance. Healthy pollinators mean healthy soil, healthy vines, and healthy wine.
Ways you can help:
🌿 Plant native wildflowers
🚫 Skip the pesticides
πŸ’§ Leave out a shallow dish of water
πŸͺ΄ Let a corner of your yard go a little wild
Save this as your reminder to support pollinator health in your own backyard, and tag someone who needs to thank a bee today. πŸ‘‡

Come as you are. Leave knowing where your wine comes from.
Here's what to know before you visit Mineral Springs Ranch.
πŸ„ 250 biodynamic acres in Carlton, Oregon. We grow wine, yes. We also raise cattle, restore oak trees, keep bees, and produce 200 tons of compost a year. Wear shoes you're okay getting dirty. You might meet a Scottish Highland cow on the way to your tasting.
🍽️ The Provisions tasting follows the ranch, not a fixed menu. What's on the plate in May is not what's on the plate in October. The season decides. No two visits are quite the same.
🐝 We take pollinators seriously. Like, thirty acres of wildflower pathways seriously. There's a lot happening if you look down when you walk.
πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§ Families are genuinely welcome, not just tolerated. Mention the little ones when you book so we can set you up right.
Spots fill fast, especially on weekends. Grab your reservation at the link in bio before they're gone.

Just when we think we know every corner of this place, nature goes and does something like this. Tucked away on our hillside, the trillium are in full bloom and the birdsong is the only soundtrack you need. We think we've found the perfect spot for summer staff lunches. What's your favorite corner of the property? πŸŒΈβ˜€οΈ
