The greens are on! And our big tunnels are almost full with Tomatoes, Sweet and Hot Peppers, Cucumbers, and Basil for the upcoming season. This week we will have our Salad Mix, Arugula, Baby Kale, Microgreens, Garlic Scapes, and Radishes. The late spring flush is on friends! We will also be bringing the last of our plant starts including Tomatoes (slicers, cherry’s, and Bellstar paste) and Hot Peppers, unless Eric finds some more plants somewhere 😂 Also on the table we’ll have our Handcrafted Krauts, Cultured Chile and Hot Sauces, Garlic Paste, the last of our Chile and Pepita Sauce, and the first of our Sun-dried Tomato and Chile Sauce. Botanical Shrubs include Aronia Blueberry, Ginger Turmeric, Pablo’s Perfect Sour Mix, Ginger Syrup, and the last of our Rhubarb Shrub. Come get your greens and say hi to your neighbors, celebrate our local graduates, and keep your money in the community by supporting all the amazing growers, makers, and artisans at the Methow Valley Farmers Market.
