Mix and Match Bundle Options This locker is located at 1810 Franklin Street in Carlyle, Illinois and was previously owned and operated by Mike Seiffert. His father started the business in 1967 and in 1986 his son's purchased the business. Since opening the meat locker they

have established a great business for themselves slaughtering beef, hogs and deer. Seiffert has been in the business for many years and is ready to retire. Sam and I are going to operate under the name Scott's Processing LLC. Sam has over 5 years of experience working in the slaughter industry and throughout those years has gained a great deal of knowledge in the meat business. We will strive to provide our customers with the same Quality and Service as the Seiffert's have for the past 40 years and we know that we can do great things for the business and the community of Carlyle.

Respect your processors!
We confirm bookings months in advance, that’s when you should confirm with your customers as well.
So many customers are backing out due to the prices, the farmers can still sell the beef at the livestock barn and make $, unfortunately the small processors just have to decide what bills they cannot pay that month.
