Skip the box. Learn the real thing.

Join us this Sunday for a hands-on pasta-making experience with Diane Self of Tall Girl Pasta and discover how authentic fettuccine is made from scratch using traditional techniques, Italian flour, and professional pasta-making equipment.

This is not a demonstration class: you’ll be rolling, cutting, and creating your own pasta from start to finish!

✨ In this class you’ll:
✔ Learn authentic pasta-making techniques
✔ Work with Italian flour
✔ Use professional pasta rollers and cutters
✔ Create your own handmade fettuccine from scratch
✔ Take home the pasta you make in class to enjoy for dinner that night

Guests will work in pairs, with each team receiving hands-on access to their own pasta-making station and equipment.
