Join us at Chili Smith for a delicious whole food, plant-based cooking demo! Learn to make Gloria’s lentil pizza with vegan andouille sausage, plus a plant-based dessert.

Meet your hosts:

🌱 **Gloria Nobles, PhD**, is a retired professor and Whole Food Plant-Based Certified Coach through Food Revolution Network. She has enjoyed this lifestyle for ten years and loves helping others discover plant-based eating. Some of you may remember her wonderful dishes at our potlucks!

🌱 **Twyla Teitzel** is a mom, proud grandma and passionate plant-based educator. She teaches cooking classes at Chili Smith and has taught Plant-Based Living through Sacramento State’s Renaissance Society for four semesters. A graduate of the Forks Over Knives Rouxbe Cooking Course, Twyla loves showing people that it’s never too late to explore a plant-based lifestyle!

First little test run on the Smoke n' Hot! BBQ Grill!

Today Steve is cooking up 10 seasoned chicken thighs over live fire and seeing what this grill can do. The smell alone is worth stopping by!

If all goes well, we'll be offering rotisserie chicken for pre-order soon.
