Green Fields Farm is a very small new farm located in Carnation WA. We use sustainable farming practices and new as Green Fields Farm is we have not acquired an organic stamp yet. The land we are growing on has not been farmed in many years, if it ever was, so there are no lingering herbicide / pesticide residues in the soil. We control weeds and pests by carefully hand cultivating, providing a di

verse habitat attractive to ally predator insects, and regular crop rotation. All of our seed is either organically sourced or from other local small acreage farmers who grow using similar practices as our own. I am so excited to be putting together this FB page to share what I have been working on with all of you. Please like this page and follow us through our first season and beyond. We hope to see you at the Carnation Farmers Market or considering purchasing a CSA membership via Snoqualmie Valley Farmers Cooperative. Thank you!
