Today’s is our Blood Orange IPA!

We use Mosaic and Citra hops to emphasize the citrus from the Blood Orange. These hops give it just a slightly bitter finish.

After fermentation, we move it to the brite tanks and let it sit on 80lbs of fresh Blood Orange puree.

If you haven’t yet, come try it today before it’s gone.

We're so excited to congratulate Ali today for her one year at Big Block! 🥳

She's going to be celebrating today by having a Session IPA (her favorite beer currently on tap) and continuing to be the most fashionable bartender slinging beers at this establishment.

It's hard to overstate how great it's been having her at Big Block, as both a co-worker and a friend. She's constantly making Big Block a better place, and not just because she's organizing events and running our social media.

Come and join us in celebrating her, she'll be here all day. Ask to see her new tattoo!
