Soup Bones to cook up a perfect vegetable beef soup with a side of cornbread of course.

Or a delicious Chuck Roast to put in the crockpot and let simmer all day. With some carrots and potatoes.

What is marbling and why is it important you ask❓

Marbling refers to the white streaks of fat that run through a steak's muscle tissue, creating a marble-like pattern. It's caused by intramuscular fat, which is different from the outer fat layer found on some cuts. When heated, the intramuscular fat melts and bastes the meat, resulting in a rich, velvety texture and juicy flavor.
