Citrus Sugar Cookie Sandwiches


Yield: 12 Servings



Ingredients
1 pkg. Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix
8 oz. softened cream cheese
8 oz. non-dairy whipped topping thawed
1 pkg. Citrus Sugar Cookie Mix
1 egg
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)

Instructions
Combine prepared Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix with whipped topping; chill. Prepare Citrus Sugar Cookie Mix as directed on the package; cool. Once cookies are completely cooled, spread Key Lime mixture on bottom side of cookies. Place another cookie on top to make a sandwich. Place in refrigerator or freezer. Makes about 12 cookie sandwiches.
