For those of you who might not know much about microgreens, that's okay! Read below for a little education on the healthy tiny plants!

-Microgreens are not sprouts because sprouts germinate in water and microgreens in soil and sunlight. Microgreens only take 1-2 weeks to grow so it reduces the possibility of bacterial growth
-There are 115 varieties of microgreens and each are packed with more vitamins that grown up veggies
-Researchers from the USDA have found that microgreens have 4 TO 6 TIMES that amount of nutrients than veggies do!
-Great on sandwiches, smoothies, and more!
