We stand with our community in today in solidarity to ABOLISH ICE. Our hearts are with our immigrant family and wish safety and comfort today and always.

We have chosen to keep our doors open to support our employees, chefs and artists that are relying on paychecks and regularity to support their lives. We need to tend and consider our small business ecosystem that is largely affected by closing our doors.

What a time to be a small business and be alongside so many fellow small businesses that are speaking out but that also need to keep their doors open. If it feels right to you, or maybe after you are done striking and you need a place to come grab something cold or stay for a while and have a moment to yourself.

We have a food truck tonight as well as live music.
Thank you all for support here with us and in this world.
We hope we can continue to make changes by our everyday choices, and thank you all for your support!

It’s not as gross as it looks I promise.

The SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) - is a natural byproduct of traditional kombucha fermentation. It looks gross, but it’s harmless. It tastes and smells like kombucha and has a rubbery texture.

Contrary to popular belief, it’s not a mushroom but rather a cellulose mat that grows on the surface of the liquid as a byproduct of certain probiotic bacteria.

Fun fact – It will grow as large as the tank it’s in. We once had one 6 feet wide you could wrap up in like a blanket (not recommended).

New non-alcoholic kombucha drop for Dry January! “Orange Sunshine” will certainly brighten your day.

Fermented form honey, the classic orange vanilla flavor profile was our jumping off point. From there we elevated it into of an adult version with added spices: allspice, orange peel, nutmeg, toasted, oak, and cinnamon.

“Orange Sunshine” joins our non-alc lineup for a total of 3 currently on tap at our tasting room. Dry January is easy!
