When that raw coffee arrived from Guatemala to Iowa, I felt an incredible rush of excitement mixed with fear!

I'm not just selling coffee anymore. I'm the roaster. I'm responsible for the quality. I'm FARM TO CUP. 🌱
Now I have to prove to every customer that what's inside that cup is something special.

When I started this business, I promised myself I’d only invest in bigger equipment when we truly needed it. Well, we’ve officially reached that point!

We’ve been buying 20-pound bags of ice from Hy-Vee once or twice a week, going through 200+ pounds of ice every week! 😅 Today, thanks to YOUR support, we have reach our goal to buy a full-size commercial ice maker! 🙌

With 7 employees, bills, and equipment to keep up with, every single purchase you make truly matters. We never take your support for granted.

Buying a larger ice maker is more than equipment it’s proof that our community believes in us. ❤️

🎉 6 MONTHS AT OUR NEW HOME! ☕️

Tomorrow marks 6 MONTHS since Bosque Alto Roastery opened the doors at our new location 110 W. 6th St. in Carroll! 🎉☕️
Six months of coffee, conversations, new friendships, familiar faces, and SO many memories. ❤️
We truly can’t thank the Carroll community enough for continuing to show up, support our small business, and make Bosque Alto feel like home. We LOVE this community and are so grateful to be a part of it! 🙌❤️
