I’m Open!!! **edited to add I forgot Cherry Pie Bar Dump Cups!!!!

Today and tomorrow! I’m still working on the red velvet cupcakes, but they will be out here in just a bit.

My address is 6770 Hummel Rd, Carroll OH 43112. I’m right off of Pickerington Road on the south side of 33. Don’t let the construction deter you. Once on Hummell, I’m the brick ranch on the left just past the s curves.

Goodness, what a crazy week it’s been!

The Farmstand will be OPEN tomorrow at 9:00 AM and again on Saturday! I’ll be here until 6:00 PM both days—or until I run out of goodies. 😊

And Dean, I’m sorry! The Cherry Pie Dump Cups didn’t make it this week, but I promise they’ll be back next week!

Now, let’s talk about that Copycat Starbucks Chocolate Pistachio Loaf… You guys, it is SO GOOD! Moist, rich, chocolatey, with just the right hint of pistachio. Trust me—you need to try a slice (or two!).

And for all my Guinness fans, the Guinness Irish Soda Bread is an absolute must. Each loaf is made with an entire bottle of Guinness! 😳 Toast up a slice, slather on some Irish butter, and you’ll swear you’re sitting in a cozy Irish pub enjoying a pint. 🍀🍞

Don’t worry—the alcohol bakes out during the baking process, leaving behind all that wonderful rich flavor.

Yesterday was the Grand Opening of the Just a Little Treat Farm Stand, and what a wonderful day it was!

So many familiar faces from my farmers market days made the trip out to visit, and I was also lucky enough to meet new friends and neighbors. Seeing everyone stop by, support this little dream, and share in the excitement meant more to me than I can put into words.

It turns out sourdough is VERY popular! My Mexican Jalapeño Cheddar sourdough was the star of the day—and for everyone who missed out, don’t worry… I’ve already got more in the mixer!

I truly appreciate every purchase, every kind word, every share, and every bit of encouragement. Your support is what makes this possible, and I am incredibly grateful.

A quick update on logistics: My original goal was to have the farm stand open every day. However, as I’m learning, sourdough has its own schedule! For now, I’ll likely be open 2–3 days each week while I find my rhythm and build a sustainable baking schedule.

The good news is that whenever the stand is open, I’ll always have an assortment of cookies and sweet treats available—including cinnamon rolls.

I’ll continue to post updates as things develop, but today I simply wanted to say thank you. Thank you for supporting local, for cheering me on, and for helping make the first day such a success.
