New life on our farm never gets old 🤍🐄

We just welcomed a Balck Baldy calf from one of our very best cows, Split-Ear, and it makes our hearts so happy. We’ve been especially hopeful this year to have some heifer calves from our previous bull with plans to keep those girls for many years to come.

Farming truly reminds you of the circle of life, and these tiny new blessings bring so much joy.

🌾🐄 Our calving season was back in early spring, and we had just about given up on this momma delivering this year. But today, on 9/11—a day of remembrance—she surprised us by bringing new life into the world.

A reminder that even on days marked by sorrow, life has a way of giving us hope. ❤️
