Pulling For A Cause Pulling For A Cause, started in 2019. A small group came up with an idea where they could, put on a great Truck 🛻 and Tractor🚜 Pull.

With giving back to a really great cause, to the NICU💙 & Burn🧡 Unit at Akron Childrens Hospital.

🚜 Gates Are Open! 🚜

The wait is over — gates are now open, and the pull starts at 6:00 PM!

We would like to give a huge THANK YOU to all of our sponsors who help make Pulling for a Cause possible each year. Your support allows us to put on this event and continue raising money for a great cause.

🚁 BIG NEWS for Pulling For A Cause 2026! 🚁

We are excited to announce that Air Bear from Akron Children's Hospital is planning to be on-site at the Carroll County Fair,-grounds during Pulling for a Cause on June 6, 2026!

Air Bear is estimated to arrive around 4:00 PM and depart around 6:00 PM, just before the pull begins. This is a great opportunity for families, kids, and supporters to get an up-close look at this incredible helicopter and learn more about the lifesaving services it provides.

Come early, check out Air Bear, enjoy the festivities, and help us support a great cause benefiting Akron Children’s Hospital NICU and Burn Unit.

Gates open at 3:00 PM | Pull starts at 6:00 PM
