Hey guys, don't forget today is the LAST day to preorder for this weekend, especially for whole Briskets and butts since they have to pre season and cook the longest.

We will have meat by the lb available this weekend.

Our briskets are seasoned with our handcrafted rub for several hours before going on the smoker. Then we smoke them on our wood smoker with pecan wood. Most places use Hickory, but hickory can cause alot of indigestion and heart burn for alot of people.
We smoke the briskets for several hours until they are probe tender before we pull them and let them rest.
Its alot of work, but man, the end results are so worth it.
We do this to provide you with a high quality, melt in your mouth brisket with an exceptional bark.
