Oh man, we're gonna have a blast tonight!

Live Band Karaoke is back tonight with the The Deep Trio starting at 7:00PM! This is easily one of the best times you can have in Carrollton and the evening weather is looking choice, so you really have no reason to not come...

The Lounge is open for chill vibes at 6:00PM if you're not interested in Karaoke as well.

This might be our favorite lager...

Bus Stop, our 12° Czech Pale Lager, is back on tap today! Premium Weyermann ® Specialty Malts, the freshest crop of Saaz Hops, and Budvar yeast combined with weeks and weeks of cold lagering bring this beauty to fruition. We then pour through a genuine LUKR CZ trap from Czechia for the most proper experience in West Georgia.

Lagers are about patience. To many, they're just beer flavored beer, but to us they're elegance in simplicity. There's no hiding bad beer with lagers.... you either have it or you don't. We honestly feel like we do. Come try one and let us know.

We also have our newest Hazy Pale Ale, Good Googly Moogly, back on draft today as well!

Our queen.

Dolly was the best of us. She taught us to love EVERYONE, just because. She showed us that no matter where you begin, the journey is what's most important.

Also, F a 9-5....

Our mom's raised us on Dolly. They taught her to our kids. And they'll do the same to theirs some day.

Rest easy Dolly. Nobody has earned it more.

A concert at the Amp AND a Brand New Sour!?!?

Friday is looking up, y'all!

𝘾𝙊𝙐𝙉𝙏𝙍𝙔 𝙂𝙍𝘼𝙈𝙈𝘼𝙍: Sour Ale with Blackberries and Peaches (6.2% ABV)

It's Goin down, down, baby... loaded to the max with fresh peach and blackberry puree, this fresh Sour has been lingering in Tori's mind for months. While she was helping Justin on the brewhouse the past few weeks she decided it was finally time! Not overly tart, but balanced with juicy southern sweetness, this is perfect late summer sipping Sour.

We've got two of our favorite Local bands playing tonight across the street at the AMP starting at 7:00PM. Deni Phoenix and the Fervor start things off and Allovus brings it home! Different bands, different styles, one great evening!

Peeling back the curtain for a look behind the scenes of the some of the reasons for Local Ties. Y'all are our family, and we choose to treat you as such.

I'm writing this from DFW airport after dropping our son Brayden off at college in Corsicana. We drove 11 hours loaded down with s**t on Sunday and moved him in yesterday. He'll be cheering for one of the best programs in the country this year at Navarro College Cheer

We're very excited for him, as this has been a dream of his since seeing the Netflix show Cheer years ago. We're also deeply sad as this is the furthest we'll have ever been from one of our kids. It's going to be a long year, but we know he's gonna have a blast, make a ton of new friends, and bust his ass to be the best on the mat.

So do us a favor, please. Swing by a little more often to see us and keep our minds busy. Also, more beer sold equals more airplane tickets to go see him....

We'll be at the lounge tonight for a drink or two, plus I've got some co****le to win at the Amp at 6:30!

I know what y'all are thinking....

"Bah Gawd, when is Local Ties gonna release a new Hazy IPA for us to enjoy!!"

Well, we listened to y'all's thoughts (not all of them because we started to hear some things we probably didn't need to hear) and we've got a delicious new brew for y'all today!

𝘾𝙄𝙏𝙍𝘼 𝘼𝙎𝙎 𝘿𝙊𝙒𝙉: Hazy IPA with Citra Lupomax, Citra Incognito, and Citra Quantum from Abstrax Hops (7.0% ABV)

Loaded to the absolute max with all the Citra we could find to the tune of about 7lbs per barrel, this baby is loaded with flavors of orange juice, orange zest, mango, and light lime. Pretty much everyone's favorite hop, we did everything we could to showcase Citra with new hop technology at every turn. So come on in, grab your favorite seat, and 𝘾𝙄𝙏𝙍𝘼 𝘼𝙎𝙎 𝘿𝙊𝙒𝙉!

starting at 7:00 out back AND Falcons football on the big screen inside at the same time! Damn it's gonna be a great Friday!
