This was such a great recipe! We have had so much success growing butternut squash this year I had to find something new to do with it! Butternut and Sausage Lasagna! I can always count on Wyse Guide to give me inspiration! This was the best and so easy to make. I used the crockpot for the sauce because I had to work. Came home blended the “soup” added browned sausage and made some quick homemade noodles and voila’ lasagna! My son made pizza the next day with the leftover sauce, it was wonderful too!

Both Turkeys are the same age but one girl had some issues getting her new feathers in this year! She finally is putting on her beautiful white feathers just in time for cooler temperatures. We gave extra protein and added minerals that she was missing. Now she finally got her feathers!

He was going to cross a major highway and almost got squished! He now lives with us until next spring when he can get let loose in our pond.
