Recipes!!!
This is it! The recipes we've been using for decades. Perfect for family gatherings and parties.
Green Fudge Casserole
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-In a 9x13in pan, spread 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
-Mix 2 well beaten eggs with 1/2 cup Green Fudge Mix and spread over cheese (use more or less Green Fudge to suit your taste)
-Spread 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese on top.
-Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
-Letting it cool will allow it to be easier cut easier. Cut into 1inch squares and serve with corn tortilla chips!
Breakfast Casserole Recipe
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-In a 9x13in pan, spread 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
-Evenly spread one pound of browned sausage crumbles over cheese
-Mix 6 well beaten eggs with 1 cup of Green Fudge mix and spread over cheese and sausage.
-Spread 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese on top.
-Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
-Letting it cool will allow it to be easier to cut. Cut into 1x4.5in squares and serve by itself or with a flour tortilla!
Chicken Mushroom Casserole
-Spray a 9x13 pan with pam
-Spread 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese evenly on the bottom of the pan.
-Spread about 1/2 cup of chopped onion, one 6.5 oz can of mushrooms (drained), and 8oz cooked, chopped chicken, over cheese.
-Mix 3 beaten eggs with 1/3 to 1/2 cup Green Fudge Mix. Spread over onion mushroom and chicken.
-Spread evenly once up of cheddar cheese on top.
-Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
-Allow to cool 10 minutes then cut into about 4in squares. Roll squares like an enchilada
