As a small business we try our best to keep costs down. One of the most expensive item in running that small business would be shipping. Today I had to call customer service 4 times including dispatch to be reassured that my packages with UPS would be picked up in time for our overnight and 2-Day Air. At 7:50 we received a call that the driver was at the leasing office looking for us. Time and time again we've provided the physical address and cross roads of the location for our shop. While I was grateful that a driver showed up. I was advised that UPS sees us a small and low on the totem pole and that larger business takes precedence over us. I understand that we aren't a multi-million business YET but it's the small businesses that makes an impact. For the past 2 months we've had packages not picked up even when promised, packages delayed, packages lost, or the driver marks out pickup as completed because they didn't look at the special instructions that our business is not at the leasing office. I normally don't do long posts or complain online, but today just hit me in the wrong spot. UPS please do better when it comes to your small businesses as we rely on you to keep us in business.
