Summer Dinner!

Brad went to the Dallas Farmers Market today.
He bought vine ripe tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh vidala onions, fresh garlic and fresh pasta.
Found a lb of shrimp hiding in our freezer and a big lemon. I tossed everything with extra virgin olive oil,

Dinner is served. Used all the garden fresh veggies to make the sauce and added a little pasta water and shaved parm.
Taste like Summer!

Shout out to Cindy and Steve Watts once again for gifting me these fabulous Texas Home grown Tomatoes. I wanted to show them the upmost respect!
So I made fresh Burrata Bruchetta.
Made with fresh Basil from my garden. This will be our appetizer tonight as we celebrate Father’s Day.
And can I just tell you these tomatoes taste like they grew in Heaven,❤️🍅❤️

Good Morning Facebook Friends,
Hope your all having a wonderful weekend! We’ve been really busy this week end with multiple catering events. June has been such a whirlwind I can’t believe it’s already Father’s Day! So Happy Father’s Day to all the wonderful men in our lives. Especially to our Special guy Brad Parr. He works so hard for our little Family and we appreciate him so much. We’ll be celebrating later today with a family dinner. I’m sure everyone is planning something special for your guys to do so wanted to get menus up early.

So the last 2 weeks we have been really enjoying watching all the soccer games being played at The World Cup. Still don’t have a clue about the rules but what’s been even more fun is seeing all the absolutely hilarious Tik Toks these foreigner’s are posting about their obsession and fascination with American food. I’m am particularly loving the people from the UK. So funny. They are absolutely obsessed with Ranch Dressing and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. Seriously what’s not to love about thses quintessential American favorites but I had no idea they didn’t have them in the Uk.

So decided on Monday I would do a little USA version of the UK 🇬🇧 classic Fish and Chips. Our version will feature homemade potato chips with Ranch Dip. And I will oven @@ fry our Fish. For dessert we will make Peanut Butter Bars.
I may be on to a new trend😁🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧.

Tuesday let’s do Stroganoff because everyone loves it!
Wednesday I’m kinda thinking something Italian and my family loves homemade calzones stuffed with Ham,Sausage, Pepperoni and Cheese and a big Italian Salad.
And Thursday we’re making a Winner winner Chicken Dinner.

I think everyday sounds delicious and we can’t wait to cook for you.

We deliver to homes located within a 3.5 mile radius of our commercial kitchen located at 1848 East Rosemeade in Carrollton.

In addition to our Dinners to Go we have a Grab and Go case that we stock daily with Soups, Salads, Entrees, Sweets, Charcuterie, Quiche, Sandwiches and lots more. The Grab and Go is available anytime during our store hours.
