KIDDING IS FINALLY DONE FOR THIS SEASON THANK GOD.

Kidding # 12 - our Alpine dairy goat Rishea went in labor on Thursday, 3/19/26.
She had 4 full term kids in there: 2 boys and 2 girls, but both boys and one of the girls were born dead. They hadn't been dead more than a day or two. Todd noticed that Rishea was acting strangely 2 days before. So the assumption is whatever caused them to die happened on Tuesday.
Fortunately there was one beautiful live girl for Rishea to mother. She's such a great mom and takes great care of little Rhianna.
Rhianna weighed 2 # when Todd weighed her after birth. Definitely taking after her ND sire Ralphie!!!

Kiddings - 12 down, 0 to go

Bucks: 8 + 3 born dead (1 later died at 10 days)
Does: 11 + 3 born dead
