We went from 5 gallons of squash a day, to 5 gallons of beans a day, and now 5 gallons of okra a day. Next, the tomatoes and jalapeños are about to explode. If anyone has an extra freezer for sale, please let me know.
Thankful and blessed for an abundant harvest! As always, we have plenty of extra on the picnic table under the carport. Help yourself and donate to my beekeeping fund if you can. The 🐝 really do make it all possible.

The secret's in the jam. 🍍🌶️🍷
Our Orchard Melt layers creamy brie, crisp Granny Smith apples, and a pineapple jalapeño wine jam made locally by using our "Train Wreck" pineapple coconut wine. Piled onto toasted sourdough, it's the perfect mix of sweet, savory, creamy, and just the right amount of kick.

Fair warning: We're temporarily down to our last jar of the jam, so the Orchard Melt will only be available while supplies last. Stop by and grab one before it's temporarily off the menu!
