We’re going to keep it simple for now, We make them to order so you tell us how you like them!!



Spicy, Mild, Original, Same price. Served with fries and sauce of your choice.



Cheese with Jalapeno,Pepper Jack, just cheese etc NO CHARGE Specialty cheese 1.00 extra per boudin ball.



Custom orders at NO extra Cost



On Combos, you can get a combo of 2, mix/match with fries and your choice of sauce, Cajun Creole Mustard or Ranch for 6.95. All combos come with fries and a sauce. It just depends on what you want. The prices are lower if you get the dozen (Mix/Match) or the Half-Dozen. These boudin balls are very large (Size of a Baseball) and you can choose what you want in them, Currently we are doing cheese/Jalapeno or Pepper Jack/Cheese or just the plain Cheese. It's all up to you on what you like, No cheese/Jalapeno/Pepper Jack (Original) not a problem.



Half Dozen (Each about the size of a baseball) 13.95



One Dozen will be (discounted rate) 23.99



We Will Also be giving away free samples soon again, in the Carson City area.



Individual Boudin Balls are 3.75, comes with choice of dipping sauce and cheese/jalapeno combo.



Currently they’re served with Ranch or Cajun Creole Mustard Sauce and now:

Sriracha Ranch Dip (HOT)






More items will be added soon, Gumbo being one of them :) Chicken and Sausage, or Seafood. Details coming soon!!

Getting ready for upcoming events in Carson. We'll be doing a FREE tasting soon. Updating menu as well. Free delivery in Carson.
If you're never had Authentic, from scratch Gumbo, you're missing out! We realize that some have never heard of Gumbo before. We're starting with that at the tasting. Will be getting everything legall tomorrow.

We'll be taking orders soon, around mid December. We can also ship. Getting all licensing and permits ready to be finalized. Right now it's pick up or we can ship. More updates coming up soon. Please like and share. Thinking about hosting a tasting at Mills park as I understand that some folks have never tried boudin. That date will be right before we start taking orders.
