This was the first for me. I usually always use pork and I don't always use tomatillos. But I changed up today and this came out delicious.
I Brined the chicken this time and its a total game changer.😊
Roasted Hatch green chilis, roasted poblano
chiles, fresh tamatillos.
Garlic ,onion, and spices. Yummy delicious
