Gerne — hier ist es deutlich professioneller, emotionaler und natürlicher auf Englisch formuliert:

Mahrs Bräu has a history that reaches back to 1670, when the brewery was established in Bamberg, Franconia, in the heart of Bavaria. Bamberg itself is a UNESCO World Heritage city and one of Germany’s most historic b**r towns.

Stephan Michel is the owner and Brewmaster, continuing the family’s brewing tradition in the fourth generation. His philosophy is deeply rooted in Franconian and Bavarian brewing culture: using carefully selected regional ingredients and brewing the la**rs according to the traditional Bamberg Purity Law dating back to 1489.

Today, Mahrs Bräu is one of Bamberg’s best-known family-owned breweries. Over the years, its b**rs have received numerous awards and international recognition, while b**r enthusiasts around the world have developed a strong appreciation for the brewery’s authentic Franconian la**rs.

For Stephan Michel, it was therefore something very special to brew together with his longtime friend Matt Brynildson and Head Brewer Sam. Together, they created an exceptional Bavarian Festbier based on an old family recipe passed down from Stephan’s great-grandfather — bringing together generations of Franconian brewing heritage and a shared passion for great b**r.
