This is the recipe i used, i sear the shank and throw everything in a pot and in the over for 3 hrs.

6 lamb shanks

salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 large carrots, cut into 1/4 inch rounds

2 onions, chopped

10 cloves garlic, minced

1 (750 milliliter) bottle red wine

1 (28 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes with juice

1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed chicken broth

1 (10.5 ounce) can beef broth

5 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary

2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme

First of all thank you for your continued support.

My son loves egg roll/food, but he does have health restrictions and diet restrictions. I decided to play with food and create flavor with only using fresh ingredients and spices, hoping to still have the UMAMI taste but a more healthier version. My chicken egg rolls are only ground chicken breast and 20+ spices with no monosodium, i use Himalayan or black salt as it is good for the gut. Pork egg roll hmmmm, NO fat at all but still moist. Please stay tuned as i tell you more about myself and the food i create.................... till then your DEggrollLady :)
