Elk River Hops Known for its ‘hand-crafted’ hops, Elk River Hops, LLC is a hop farming operation located in Carsonville, MI, with 12 acres under cultivation.

Since 2020, ERH has partnered with Elk Meadows Hops in Port Sanilac, MI for combined marketing and sales. Elk River Hops grew out of a suggestion by Dragonmead co-owner, Earl Scherbarth in 2007. What an adventure so far! Focusing on unique Michigan varieties, ERH grows and processes Mackinac, Michigan Copper, Paradigm and Bergamot in addition to Centennial, Chinook, Magnum, and Willamette.
