A last-minute change of venue, a whole lot of hustle and heart, and a beautiful wedding day for Vivienne and Robert. 🤍

From the flower-covered cake to the candlelit tables, Southern comfort-food buffet, and our fresh salad station, we loved bringing their celebration together. Even a little tropical storm (I’m looking at you, Isaias) couldn’t stop the joy—or our team—from keeping everything moving smoothly! The best part was seeing them surrounded by the faith, family, and friends who mean so much to them.

One of our favorite things about catering weddings is getting to see the little moments happening around the food—the conversations, the laughter, kids coming back for one more treat, and families simply enjoying being together.

💍A rehearsal dinner should feel every bit as special as the wedding weekend itself. ❤️

We had such a wonderful evening celebrating Bryson & Carmen with an intimate Southern dinner for 40.

Smoked pork & chicken, scalloped potatoes, Southern green beans, fresh mixed greens garden salad, cornbread, our new Vintage Sauce Flight Bar, and plenty of little sweets to finish the evening. And, of course, we had to make the buffet just as pretty as the food. 😉

The best part? Hearing such wonderful feedback from the bride & groom, their families and guests — and being told they’ll be recommending Sauce on the Side to everyone. That means the world to us.

Thank you, Lana & family, for trusting us with such a special evening. We loved being a small part of it.
