Sorry we haven’t cooked lately. I had to have surgery on my hand for two different issues and we have been helping with my father in law that is dealing with chemo.

Hi everyone, we are currently working on some new recipes and trying to get and find some of the ingredients needed.

We are working towards having our first batch ready to go by Friday, Jan 21st.

One of our new food items will be PASTELES. These are amazing and take a lot of time to make but worth it.

They are made with pork, several spices (oregano, 🧂 , peppers 🫑, olives🫒, garlic 🧄, cappers) cilantro and Yautia ( root vegetables as the dough). They are wrapped in banana leaves. I will find a picture online and post it.
