💯 ANOTHER 100! 💯

We are incredibly proud to share that The Jerks earned another perfect health-inspection score!

But we don’t take this for granted. Scores like this don't happen by accident. Our general manager/proprietrix, Samantha Ellis, is deeply committed and dedicated to quality, and her strong leadership made it happen. It takes hard work every day to be sure a team of 15 people are all on the same page when it comes to cleanliness, proper food-safety practices, and keeping our customers safe.

We could not be prouder of her or of every single one of our Jerks who helped earn this second consecutive 100!

Please help us congratulate Sam and her team on a job exceptionally well done! 🎉

Everything is up and running, the fountain is flowing, the good ice is ready, and The Jerks is open for our normal hours today!

Come see us for lunch, an after-school treat, a handcrafted soda, an outrageously good shake—or simply because you suddenly remembered that Cartersville has its very own old-fashioned soda fountain and today seems like an excellent day to visit. 🥤🍒

UPDATE: Repairs are underway! 🛠️

We’re going to remain closed today (Sunday) to give everything time to be tested and fully operational—which means we’ll be ready to welcome you back for our normal hours on Tuesday!

Well, get out your Small Business Bingo card: on today’s square, the air conditioning has gone out—on a Saturday, naturally. 🙃

Unfortunately, that means The Jerks is temporarily closed while we work on getting it fixed. At the moment, we truly don’t know whether that means an hour, the rest of today, or possibly longer—but we’ll reopen just as soon as we safely and comfortably can.

We’ll post an update here the moment we know more. Please check this post before heading our way!
