Hey everyone I feel I needed to get on here and let everyone know the status with us as we are starting to have a lot of need for our great food. Unfortunately we will have to take this year off to rebuild and restart. Last year we suffered a lot of damage between tornadoes and storms we have pretty much lost everything. We are keeping our bigger shows and still doing those but other than the you won’t see us much this year. We can still take any private orders and we can still cater so if ya have any private orders or events that need catering please get in touch with us.

Not in the mood for smoked meats? Well I guess that’s a good thing as I’m recovering from surgery for the next few months and i will be out of service. Unfortunately the bills don’t stop and either can the grind. If you love supporting me and my beautiful family and all their adventures and have some cleaning or housework that needs done fill free to message my wife Megan Evans with Funky to fresh cleaning services as always we highly appreciate yalls support and she can run a mop as good as I can run a smoker 😂 years of cleaning up after my events and shenanigans has prepped this company for anything i promise lol
