As you all know, or if not- now you do;
I have been perfecting my from scratch sourdough starter Doughloris for the past several years! I have made everything under the sun with her, from sweet treats, savory items to my latest creation W**E!
It's time Doughloris starts paying for her room & board 😂 so far I have 4 Doughloris babies scattered through several towns and she rehydrates so nicely.
So although I won't be selling my baked creations, as of today Doughloris is part of my Bread + Butter Co. menu!

It has been a minute! Whew isn't life busy?! 😮‍💨
Thank you to everyone who has & continues to work with my insane schedule and order from me even though I don't post much, y'all are fabulous!

Y'all sold me out of FIRE SALT 🔥 .. so how about another "something new" because these plants are still producing the prettiest peppers!
Is there any interest in pickled ghost peppers before I burn my little hands making them?

•pickled ghosted peppers, eat the pepper if you dare! The pickling liquid would be perfect on peas and greens for those who love a good spicy kick!

I would devein and deseed them because I do not want to hurt anyone but it will still be HOT!

Posting a little late but I'll be in Carthage tomorrow so..
🌶️ (5) Fire finishing salt $10e
- homemade with freshly picked ghost peppers, grown right here in Deadwood.
Dried twice for optimal storage! Self stable in a dark/dry place.

🔥 Disclaimer: I need to emphasize the word "finishing" because if you use it like regular salt your life will flash before your eyes!
Pairs well with any & all meats and vegetables.
This is a mixture of ghost peppers, sea salt, garlic, onion and other herbs. One jar will last a long time!

I'm almost positive I passed away once while making this but the end product was so worth it! Get one while you can!
