Bourbon Peach & Brown Butter Frangipane Danish.

Golden, extra-flaky laminated pastry layered with a velvety brown butter and bourbon almond frangipane, topped with tender caramelized peach slices. Finished with a cool rosette of Cara Cara orange vanilla cream and almonds toasted in honey, cinnamon, and sea salt for a sweet, warm, citrus-and-stone-fruit finish.
