Sourdough Blueberry Lemon with maple custard pastries.

These were really good. The only sweetener used was local honey and organic maple syrup.

This Weeks Donuts Flavors.

Maple Custard Donut- maple custard filling with a homemade bourbon Carmel sauce on top and pecans sprinkled on top.

Pumpkin Spice Latte- pumpkin espresso icing

Cranberry Orange- inside the donut is cranberry compote made with honey and the donut is dipped in an orange icing.

RYE BROWN BUTTER COOKIES MADE FROM FRESH MILLED DANKO RYE FROM Barton Springs Mill
These turned out soo good. Nutty and not too sweet. Next time I will be toasting the RYE flour to enhance the nutty flavor even more.

I am going to start offering to go lattes and matcha. They will be in to go bottles and you just pour over a glass of ice. They will be 12 ounces.
