INGREDIENTS
• 12 ounces linguine
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 small onion, diced
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 2 cups milk
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

DIRECTIONS
1. Cook the linguine according to package directions until tender, about 9 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion, then cook for 6 to 8 minutes until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain excess grease.
3. Stir in butter, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
4. Sprinkle flour over the beef mixture and stir well for 1 minute. Slowly pour in the milk, stirring until smooth. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until slightly thickened.
5. Stir in cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese until melted and creamy, about 2 minutes.
6. Add the cooked linguine and toss until everything is evenly coated and heated through. Sprinkle with parsley. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
• 1 lb Ground Beef
• 2 tbsp salted butter
• 4 oz cream cheese (half a block), cubed
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 3 cups fresh spinach
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

DIRECTIONS
1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the beef until fully cooked. Don't drain the fat.
2. Lower heat to medium. Stir in the garlic powder and cubed cream cheese. Keep stirring until the cheese melts into a creamy sauce.
3. Toss in the spinach. Stir gently to wilt.
4. Sprinkle mozzarella on top, cover with a lid for 1 min just to melt it. Serve hot! Great alone as a low-carb option or served with garlic bread. Enjoy!

Celebrate Memorial Day weekend with Clouds! We’ve got a fantastic line up of fun grilling items that are sure to be a hit!

Not only do we have a fresh batch of Ground Chuck and Pig & Bull patties available but we have been cooking up some fun new FRESH bratwurst!

Introducing the GREEN MACHINE bratwurst! A fresh pork bratwurst that packs a punch with green chilles and pepperjack cheese. It’s currently a fan favorite around here and we know you’ll love it too! We also have a rendition of the fan favorite Hawaiian Heatwave bratwurst as well.

If you’re interested in these bad boys but don’t want to commit to a full package quite yet, swing by on Saturday from 9-12 and we will be offering samples of these two brats!

We will also have a variety of side items available including Potato Salad, Loaded Mashed Potatoes, Coleslaw, and Baked Beans!

INGREDIENTS
* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 small onion, finely chopped
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 cups beef broth
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
* 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
* 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
* 1 (9 oz) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
* 1/2 cup sour cream
* 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)

DIRECTIONS
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up as it browns, until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
2. Stir in the chopped onion and garlic, letting them cook for a few minutes until soft and fragrant.
3. Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream, then add Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, thyme, salt, and pepper. Give everything a good stir.
4. Once it starts to gently simmer, add the tortellini and mix it into the sauce. Cover and let it cook until the pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.
5. Lower the heat and stir in the sour cream until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. Let it warm through for a couple of minutes.
6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan if you like. Enjoy!.
