Raw, local honeycomb still available!!!
Honeycomb isn’t just pretty, it’s meant to be eaten!
Here are some of our favorite ways to enjoy it:
• Baked over brie or camembert.
Pop it in the oven until gooey, add a chunk of honeycomb on top, and serve with crackers or crusty bread.
• Warm baguette + butter + honeycomb.
Simple. Classic. Absolutely unbeatable!
• Cheese board star..
Pair honeycomb with sharp cheddar, blue cheese, or goat cheese for the perfect sweet-savory bite.
• Over yogurt or ricotta..
Spoon it onto Greek yogurt or whipped ricotta with fruit and a drizzle of extra honey.
• With apple slices, grapes, or pears..
Add a little crunch, a little sweetness, and let the honey melt naturally.
• With salty foods..
Try it alongside prosciutto, bacon, or sausage, the contrast is magic.
• Melted into glazes..
Warm it gently and brush over roasted chicken, carrots, or squash. I also have the most amazing teriyaki stir fry recipe. PM or comment below if you want me to share it!
• Dessert topper..
On cheesecake, vanilla ice cream, pancakes, or waffles, aaaamazing!
• Raw, straight from the box..
Seriously, just spoonfuls straight from the container. There is no better way, and I promise, no one is judging 😉
